Refund/ Retum Policy

At Olvintage, we want you to love every piece you order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it better.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear, underwear, or earrings unless the item is defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our customer service team at olvintage@outlook.com to request a return authorization.

  • Include your order number and reason for return in your message.

  • Once approved, we'll provide return instructions and a shipping address.

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned items.

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

  • We currently offer size exchanges subject to availability.

  • If you need a different size, please initiate a return and place a new order for the preferred size.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

7. Final Sale Items

  • Clearance and promotional items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
