At Olvintage, we want you to love every piece you order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it better.
1. Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear, underwear, or earrings unless the item is defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Include your order number and reason for return in your message.

Once approved, we'll provide return instructions and a shipping address.
3. Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned items.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges

We currently offer size exchanges subject to availability.

If you need a different size, please initiate a return and place a new order for the preferred size.
5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
7. Final Sale Items

Clearance and promotional items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
